Exploring Life – A Non-Religious View

Two free meetings with refreshments were held at the  Guildford Institute, Ward St, Guildford on Thursday March 20th and Wednesday April 9th to explore and share views about the “Big Questions in Life”

Everyone was welcome: agnostics, sceptics, atheists, faith believers and lively discussions ensued on

  • What is the meaning of life?
  • Why should we be moral?
  • Can we know anything?
  • Is there life after death?
  • Is there more to life?
  • Where do morals come from?
  • What is a good life?

New Group in Guildford?

There was a significant group of people who came along who are keen to set up a new Guildford or West Surrey group of Humanists. Farnham Humanists would provide support as requested.

If you might be interested in the new group please ring Mike on 01483 233324 or email mike@wood-street.fsnet.co.uk
