Sunday March 12th, 7.15pm for 7:30pm

Daniel Hall, Long Garden Walk, Farnham, GU9 7HX.

****Now on Zoom as well – see link below. ****

Post meeting addition: See Anthony Lewis’ September 2022 Humanistically Speaking Magazine article on Cognitive Diversity which includes reference to Myers Briggs. Click to discover more about the monthly magazine Humanistically Speaking.

Meeting information: Anthony Lewis will lead an interactive talk showing how he used the Myers Briggs Personality Profiling method in a fun and entertaining way to help working teams improve their project delivery.

He will refer to the other personality profiling techniques and highlight their limitations but also demonstrate that despite these the ‘models’ can still be useful in improving productivity. They also help people work together more happily respecting their differences as strengths not sources of conflict.

He says “Its something I did for 20 years in the energy industry all round the world with hundreds of staff – it had the advantage of also making myself appear to be more human as well!”

Anthony is a retired geoscientist who spent 30 years exploring for oil and gas around the world with Shell and BG Group with a PhD in Geophysics from Durham University.

He is the founding Chair of Windsor Humanists and the current Chair for the South Central England Humanist Network (SCEHN). He is a trained humanist school speaker and sits on the local RBWM Sacre to represent the non religious perspective. Anthony is active in the two local Inter Faith Groups in the East Berkshire area – WAMCF and Slough Faith Partnership.

He has recently released his first electronic music album d-antz under the name antzlewis which you can listen to on all main streaming and music sites! He is a passionate advocate for innovation, science, new technology and for celebrating life in all its natural or virtual forms! He is married to Rick and hails from Northern Ireland where he grew up during the ‘Troubles’ as an English Catholic boy who asked too many questions which brought an early end to his altar boy career at the age of 11. Anthony is a born optimist.’

Do come and join in the interactive fun.
